Our Lemon themed wedding stationery was inspired by a couple getting married in Italy. We wanted to design something fresh and colourful that instantly made you think of the sun, sea and going somewhere special on your holidays. We used a hand painted effect for the design and a calligraphy style font for the text and we think it marries perfectly. I am sure you will agree, this design definite;y hits the mark, we love it and hope you will too.
We wanted to create some wedding stationery that was rustic but had a simple twist and this was the end result. We think it has a really nice Autumn feel to it so would be perfect for a couple getting married during the Autumn months. It is really laid back, pretty stationary, it makes me think of a barn wedding, wild flowers and flower crowns. If these are on your check list then we think this is the stationery for you.
The Airmail Wedding Invitations were designed for Greig and Jan who got engaged whilst away on a weekend of romance in Paris. Greig and Jan had visited Paris previously and Greig knew there was nowhere else in the world that he wanted to propose to Jan. He popped the question at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and of course Jan accepted. Gentlemen take note, this is how it is done.
The team designed the Airmail Wedding Invitations on natural card encapsulating the rustic, vintage feel that was discussed in the brief. The stationery was printed on 300gms nettuno card which ensured it had a vintage, Parisian feel to it.
Airmail Wedding Invitations are not only great for the very popular summer weddings, they can also be designed to have a winter feel to them if you have decided to go for a romantic winter wedding, they too can be used if you are travelling somewhere for your wedding. These versatile invites are perfect for most occasions and we certainly believe they will set the standard for your special day. It is the wedding invite after all that gives your guests their first glimpse into your special day and sets the tone for what lies ahead.
When couples come to us asking if we can design something specific we pride ourselves in being able to come up with something that is a take on the design they are looking for but with our own Love Weddings spin on it. We also take the opportunity if we do not have a certain design that couples are asking for in our portfolio to add one in as it is easier to show someone what we can do as opposed to trying to explain it. Thus came about the idea for an bunting wedding invitations. This is something that we have been asked for a few times so thought it was high time we had something to show you on our website.
We like to offer a wide range of styles to show our customers the extent of what we can do, we like to keep up with the trends and constantly be adding to our portfolio. We like to add our Love Weddings twist onto everything we do and we think the final results show the time and care we take over producing our stationery. The chalk wedding invitations are a style that we feel is rather popular at the moment so we wanted to add something onto our repertoire, we are delighted with the outcome and it seems to be a really popular design with our couples.
Our true love stationery was designed for an english bride who was marrying a scotsman. They wanted to incorporate this into their stationery and we hope you will agreed we have captured this in the classiest of ways.
The gold foil on the front catches the light and the textured stock adds to the luxurious feel of this stationery set. This can be designed in any background colour with any colour of foil on the front. Sheer perfection.
Our lace wedding invitations is a very versatile design. We think this design can work all year and for any theme of wedding. They are classy and simplistic with the added extra of a beautiful design element. This particular set began with the Save The Date followed by the invitation itself which also included: RSVP, Honeymoon Wish and Menu Choice. We think this is a great example of making your stationery have a flow from start to finish.
We love how pretty this wedding stationery turned out, we were delighted when our lovely couple asked us to design bespoke birdcage wedding stationery as we had been meaning to add this design into our portfolio for a while. We are big into foil blocking at Love Weddings and luckily so were our couple, we think the rose gold foil against the pastels on the invitations is beautiful. This was a full set and the design was carried forward on the Order of Service, menu's, seating plan and anything else the bride could think of to foil. The end result was perfection.
We are little magpies here at Love Weddings, anything shiny more than gets our approval.
We designed the Festival Wedding Invitations because Festival themed weddings are cropping up more and more and here at Love-Weddings we think it is the most fantastic theme for a wedding. I mean, who does not love a good wedding, mix that with a festival theme and it is a match made in heaven. Just do not expect your granny to be down shaking her moves in the mosh pit.
Do you fancy getting these lovely Festival Wedding Invitations for your wedding or If you like any of the Love Wedding invites make sure and keep up to date on what we’re doing here at Love Weddings by following us on our social media – Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
These letterpress wedding invitations were something a little bit different to anything we have done in the past and I have to say we are absolutely delighted with the final result and so was the lovely couple. We love adding to our portfolio so that we can offer a range that is suited to any bride and what they are looking for from their stationery.
The pale blush colour works perfectly with the silver foil block. We had initial invites printed as we thought Lisa’s invites would look perfect on our pearlescent paper and we were right.
We then carried on the theme from the letterpress wedding invitations to the RSVP’s scaling everything down. Lisa loved the symbol on the invites so we added in the couple’s initials and had 300 stickers printed which the couple are using on their envelopes, their confetti bags and basically anywhere they can find to stick them too.
We are seeing more and more of our couples think outside of the box when it comes to their wedding venues and we believe that this should also be the case when it comes to your wedding stationery. Thus the creation of our wooden effect stationery. We love that it is different and we think it would really set the tone for a rustic, barn/farm style wedding.
With all of our stationery we can produce these invites in any size colour, design change and we are also able to do the RSVP, Thank You cards etc to match so that you have a nice flow throughout your wedding stationery.
This rustic bunting stationary was designed for an old school friend who has a great eye for design. Rhuaridh had a vision of what he wanted for his wedding stationery, his lovely bride had to reel him in a few times but in the end they were both delighted with what we created. Rhuaridh and Kara were getting married in a village hall and wanted their stationery to have a laid back feel to reflect the kind of day they were having. I think Stephen hit the nail on the head...dont tell him I said that though.
Our floral wedding invitations came about because it was a sunny day so i asked Stephen to design something that reflected the weather and the flowers sitting on the window sill. I think these are so perfect for a spring or summer wedding. Your guests will know as soon as they open your invite what time of year you are having your wedding. I am a big fan of wedding invites telling a story whether it is about you as a couple or the theme or style of your wedding.
We believe in the importance of wedding stationery here at Love-Weddings, not only because that is what we specialise in but also because your wedding invitations set the tone for your whole day. It is the first glimpse your guests get into your special day so why choose something generic that does not reflect you as a couple.
If you are a vintage kind of girl with a quirky edge then we think the vintage floral design will suit you just perfectly.
This wedding stationery set was one of the first our new designer Moona did and we think it really shows off her creative side. Moona hand drew the design on the front and it created exactly what one of our lovely couples was looking for which was rustic, laid back stationery that reflected an outdoor wedding. This design was carried forward and used on the Order of Service, Seating Plan and Menus which doubled up as place settings for the guests with their names at the top.
We are sure you will agree Moona has started off on a great footing and will fit in just perfectly with the team here at Love Weddings.
This design is a special one as it was designed for one of my best friends who I was blessed to be bridesmaid for at her stunning wedding. This stationery set is a great example of being able to work with a designer even if you live on the opposite ends of the world as Lindsay lives in Australia.
This is still one of my favourite stationery sets. I love how bright and fresh it looks plus the fact there is a different design element on the Invitation, the RSVP and the Honeymoon Wish but it still all looks like the perfect set. We carried these designs onto Order of Service, Seating Charts, place settings and anything else that was on Lindsay's gigantic stationary list.
These garden wedding invitations were designed for some friends of ours who are getting married at Solsgirth House, a beautiful wedding venue in Dollar. The bride is very laid back and does not want any fuss, they want to create a chilled out vibe for their guests and wanted their wedding stationery to reflect this. The couple are having a garden theme and the colour scheme they are having is blush and mint green. We created the Garden Themed invite and the couple fell in love with them instantly.
Our Great Gatsby wedding invitations have been a hit with our couples. I feel like they tick so many boxes when it comes to what people are looking for in their wedding stationery which is perhaps why they have been so popular. They are classic but with a bit of an edge and the foil blocking adds that extra element without going down the glitter route which is not our favourite here at Love Weddings HQ. In terms of themes I think they cover so many bases and will work seasonally as well. I like the art deco design which can tie in to venues with a grand nature but just as well somewhere quaint with a quirky edge. I guess what I am trying to say is that The Great Gatsby invite is the perfect invite.
The cinema ticket wedding invites were designed for a real quirky couple who wanted something that little bit different from the usual wedding invites you see. Stephen loves to get a brief that is slightly unusual as he can really let his creative juices go wild. The couple were having a vintage wedding theme and the colour throughout was purple. The couple liked the idea of some form of ticket and Stephen felt an old school cinema ticket wedding invite would fit their theme perfectly. I am sure you will agree they turned out just perfectly.
These fun hipster wedding invitations are also one of my favourites. I think they are so fun and if you choose these for your invitations then it is a must that you get a photo booth as thats what they make me think of. I think they have a real 1950’s feel and I imagine the bride walking down the aisle sporting a red lip and a bird cage head piece.
Stephen designed the hipster wedding invites on 300gsm Gesso stock. This is a luxury textured card that lends itself perfectly with the funky design of the hipster wedding invitations. These invites come with matching Gesso envelopes to tie the full range together.
Here at Love-Weddings HQ We love to keep up with trends, push boundaries and create stationery that is against the norm. We firmly believe that stationery can set the tone of your day and you should be creative with it. Wedding stationery should never be an after thought and it is possible to have exciting, modern and fun stationery that reflects you as a couple.
We love working with our couples to create themes/ideas that they may not have thought of themselves. Gemma and Scott wanted something really different for their stationery and asked us to look into laser cut wedding invitations, we were delighted as it allowed us the opportunity to create something we had never been asked for before. We worked closely with the laser cutter to design something that was delicate, intricate but also had Gemma and Scott’s initials which was a theme they wanted carried on throughout their full set of stationery. The final product was so beautiful, the grey colour scheme with the rose gold foil completed the look perfectly and once again we had an extremely happy couple and some exciting new wedding stationery to add to our portfolio.
Stephen and I love these musical wedding invites, they are so unique and a prime example that you can get wedding invitations that reflect you as a couple and your interests. Rachel and Craig were both very much into music, their love blossomed over their passion for music and their favourite band the Beatles. The couple wanted to incorporate all these elements into their invitations using the colour purple as that was the colour scheme they had chosen to use as their accent colour for all things wedding related.
The couple were absolutely delighted with Stephen’s final design. They felt it totally captured everything they were hoping for and that it had set the perfect tone for the next stage of their wedding planning.
If you love the musical wedding invites as much as we do make sure and keep up to date on what we’re doing here at Love Weddings by following us on our social media – Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
We decided to do these nautical wedding invitations because Nautical seems to be a popular theme for weddings at the moment. People are really getting into DIY and I often speak to brides who have got the sewing machines out and are sewing bunting and decorations for their venues. I completely admire these brides as it can be a very stressful time without adding to the stress and making things yourself. I do love when you go to a wedding and you notice all the extra touches that someone has made and it can make the day that little more special.
Pamela and Paul wanted something that was nautical inspired but with a rustic feel to it. Stephen created a design featuring everything you’d expect to find on a rustic, inspired Nautical Wedding Invitation. The invitations were printed on a beautiful stock called Kraft which ensured the finished article was everything and more the lovely couple had hoped for. Kraft is a ridged 300gsm card and comes with envelopes to match.
Our Roman Numerals wedding stationary set is a firm favourite with our customers. It has been redesigned in many different combinations since its initial creation. We believe it to be so popular due to the fact it is a classy, elegant invitation with no fuss.
The initial wedding invite was done on A6 but since then we have redesigned it on DL using different colour ways for the card. The colour of foil may change on the front depending on the design but our couples always tend to choose the foil finish to give their stationery that luxurious feel.
Our rose design stationery came about as we were often getting asked for vintage themed stationery and we think this fits the bill perfectly. The background colour can be changed to anything as can the colour of the roses making it a very versatile stationery set.
If you see something you like but there are changes you would like to make then please ask, all of our stationery is very interchangeable and we are happy to make changes to size, colours, design, paper options to suit exactly what you are looking for.
This is a design that is very close to our hearts as we designed it for our best friends who were getting married in Ibiza. I had the privilege of being Jill's maid of honour and what an amazing day it was. It also meant the pressure was on when it came to designing Jill and Kev's stationery as we wanted to make it as special as them. I am sure you will agree it turned out rather well.
Jill and Kev were getting married in Ibiza and didn't want anything too formal, they wanted their stationery to be reflective of this. We designed on Kraft paper focussing on the font which obviously had to be in gold foil to give it that Ibiza vibe. The finished product was simplistic but also packed a punch. The rest of the stationary for the day included order of service, menus, place settings and table plan, it was all in keeping with the original design.
Perfect stationery for a perfect pair.
With so many couples going down the rustic route in terms of where they are having their wedding, we felt it only fitting that we had some form of rustic wedding invites that would suit couple’s needs. We are finding so many couples are travelling to the ends of the earth in order to find the perfect barn or unique location in which to have their wedding. We were lucky enough to be invited to a stunning wedding at the Kinkell Byre recently and we can completely understand couples thinking behind this. The Kinkell Byre was a great way to get Love Wedding’s creative juices flowing. We absolutely loved the venue’s location and the rustic charm to go alongside it. The large beams and space inside the venue crated the most wonderful atmosphere and thus the basis for our rustic theme design, we hope you like them.
Our travel wedding invites are becoming increasingly popular as more and more couples are choosing to get married abroad. I can speak from experience when I tell you I understand why people are keen to go somewhere where they can rely on the weather, as it rained for most of the day at our Scottish wedding, typical.
We have designed the travel style in many different designs, colour ways and have a passport, boarding pass and luggage tag in the collection. We absolutely loves this stationery set as we think they are quirky and different from your standardised wedding stationery.
If you’d like to order these travel wedding invites for your big day you can get in touch to place an order or find out more about the wedding invites here. Or why not say hello on our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
At Love Weddings we felt it was important to desing a range of winter wedding invites as the winter wedding is becoming increasingly more popular with many couples praying for just a little flurry of snow on the lead up to their wedding in order to give their pictures that ethereal look. Like any summer wedding, it can be a nail biting time in the lead up to the wedding for all the obvious reasons but having no control over the weather can make for an even more stressful time. There is something so special about a wedding on a crisp day in winter and with so many couples going down this route we knew it would not be long before we were asked to design a winter style invite.
As you can see this couple did not want anything too serious or formal, they wanted their invites to have a winter feel and so asked Stephen to design something completely bespoke incorporating some winter elements in a fun, relaxed way. Stephen designed these beautiful winter wedding invites to be printed on a 300gsm Gesso stock. This is a luxury textured card that lends it’s self perfectly with the rustic design of the winter wedding invites. These invites also come with matching Gesso envelopes to tie the full range together.
With so many couples having lots of information to get on their invites it can be difficult as a designer to cram it all in and still keep the design to the high standards that we uphold here at Love Weddings. If this is the case we can steer them in the direction of a wedding website, this is something that is becoming increasingly popular with couples and allows them to have an abundance of information in which they can give their guests at the click of a button. Obviously this does not suit every couple but is a great option for couples who may be getting married abroad and need to give their guests lots of different information on ideas of where to stay etc.
We currently have 2 templates to choose from but it is entirely up to you with regards to what you choose to be on your wedding website. The website is responsive meaning it works on mobile and tablet therefore guests can view it no matter where they are. We have included things such as pictures of the bride and groom, normally these are ones used from an engagement shoot but again it is your website, we just make it look pretty. It is good to add in little stories and anecdotes and it is a great way to give your guests an insight into you as a couple and those special people who will be playing a part in your day. We have added in a page which will give your guests information on the bridesmaids and groomsmen, again stories of how you met and why you have chosen them are great for these pages. Our couples usually really go to town on these pages with lots of nice stories and it can almost mean your guests feel like they know people before they have even met them, it is a great way of getting everyone involved and excited for the big day.
The wedding website still enables you to have a theme that ties into your wedding day the same as you would have for a hard copy invitation. You can still choose your accent colour if you have one and we can tailor it around the theme of your day. Please check out the wedding website available on here to give you an idea of the extent of freedom that it gives.
Please do not worry about purchasing a domain or hosting as here at Love Wedidngs we take care of all of that for you. Love Weddings, the stress free way to choose invitations.
If you like the idea of having a wedding website to keep all your guests informed about your wedding information or if you’d like to know when we release new wedding website templates why not follow us on – Facebook, Twitter or Instagram for what’s new at Love Weddings.
Here at Love Weddings we get lots of requests for classic, simple stationery that conveys the elegance of the bride and of the venue in which they have chosen that’s why we have brought out the elegant wedding invitations range. Sometimes there is nothing nicer than a crisp white invite with perhaps just the couples initials and the colour theme for the wedding.
We have used this classic design for many couples and have made tweaks here and there depending on the couple.
Your wedding stationery is so important, not only does it give your guests all the crucial information they need but it also the first glimpse your guests get into the day that lies ahead. We love to have a mix of stationery for you to choose from, this includes our super quirky designs to the more classic. Our aim is to capture your vision and create a stationery set that is exactly what you had in mind. We pride ourselves on working closely with our customers until the end product is agreed on and only then do we send to print. The front of the Save The Date is foil blocked in silver adding to the classic and luxurious feel of this staionery setWe printed on a textured stock and ordered matching silver envelopes.
Another perfect set and happy customer.
